Bali on Swan – Ku De Ta comes to Point Fraser Perth

On the Point will be Perth city’s newest and most vibrant water-front, hospitality precinct. It situated on prime water front land at the Eastern gateway to the Perth CBD. The waterfront location will provide a unique Swan River hospitality experience featuring 270-degree views over the Swan River, The Narrows bridge and Stunning sunsets over Kings Park.

The complex extends 30 meters from the riverbed near Heirisson Island and will house Ku De Ta Perth, The Point Bar and Grill, The Beaumonde Fraser Point Function Centre, roof top gardens and other urban cafes, restaurants, and wine bars.

The area will undoubtedly be a hit with boaties who can moor at the complexes jetties and pop in for a meal or drinks. Additionally, it will be the perfect pre-drinks destination before Eagles, Dockers or Perth Scorchers matches.

The complex has been developed by Steve and Helen Palmer who own Palmer Wines in Margaret River. Ku De Ta will be run by Guy Neale who pioneered Ku De Ta Bali and has been hand-on with decking out his Perth expansion with the help of international renowned architects Perparim Rama.

Commenting in The West Australian Mr Neale detailed “We are a lifestyle destination but at our core we are a food and beverage operation in a cool setting”.
