Papou Niko; salty char-grilled pork wrapped in pita with Aegean slaw, caramelised onion, preserved lemon mayo and parsley.
The Uncle Tzimmy Classic; char-grilled lamb, pork or chicken with tomato, tzatziki, onion, paprika and hot chips wrapped in warm pita bread.
All the meats are cooked over a charcoal BBQ, traditional souvla style.
