The Perth Comedy festival has started and runs until the 21st of May 2017. Featuring both international and Australian acts including Alex Williamson, Alice Fraser, Matt Okine (triple J), Des Bishop, Frenchy, Heath Franklin’s Chopper, Superwog and many more, there are laughs to suit every taste. Nightly shows are held in the Regal Theatre in Subiaco and the State Theatre Centre in Northbridge.
The State Theatre Centre of WA will also transform into the new comedy hub, taking over the indoor and outdoor spaces throughout the venue creating a new destination during the festival.
